How long will it take to design my new site?
Sorry but there’s no hard and fast rule and every project is different. However you can get things off to the speediest possible start by following our guidelines on briefing a web design agency.
As a guideline, simple one page sites and small lead-generation projects take anywhere between 2-4 weeks from concept to launch whereas more complex ecommerce websites and specialist web apps would need a minimum of 12 weeks to produce.
Can you redesign my existing site?
We certainly can. Many of our clients already have a site they’re partially happy with and engage us to give it a visual overhaul. It can be as simple as touching up colours, images and fonts all the way through to migrating existing text content into a whole new completely refreshed art style.

What platform(s) do you use for web design projects?
We primarily work in WordPress, with the Elementor visual page builder extension, as we find this combination offers the greatest design flexibility whilst still allowing clients to make updates and add new posts to their finished sites after final delivery. For more specialist bespoke web design projects we can also use Laravel and for progressive web apps (PWAs) we’d utilise modern JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS
Do you build ecommerce websites?
Yes! In fact we have some excellent experience here, using the popular Woocommerce extension within WordPress. This simplifies ongoing inventory management for your online store.
Can you help with branding?
Definitely. We’ve got a great deal of experience in coming up with fresh new brand concepts which can then influence an entire web design and build project.
Will you help after the site is launched?
Absolutely. Our aim is to get you completely comfortable with your new website so we’ll provide training and ongoing support to ensure you can make day to day changes and updates. We can also offer a full ongoing maintenance contract so that any future technical issues can be resolved as soon as they’re encountered.
Can you help me reach more customers?
All of our sites will be set up with effective digital marketing basics in mind, including core search engine optimisation (SEO) considerations. However we are also able to offer ongoing marketing support to help you increase visitors to your new site through channels including inbound marketing, pay per click (PPC) advertising, social media management and email marketing.
