Overview of the project
Echospace is a London-based start-up with a team of talented office design and build experts. Following our work with Oktra and Vensyn, we were tasked with developing a brand and creating a website for this young, dynamic venture with a tight turnaround of just three months.
Brand identity: We wanted to set Echospace apart from its competitors. They have a modern approach to the office workspace that gets to the root of what each business does – and more importantly, why they do it. Our challenge was to help communicate this, along with a deep understanding of the real needs of workers.
We developed colourways, selected typography and fonts, geometric iconography patterns and basic brand guidelines. We then translated the brand across marketing collateral, including business cards and letter-headed paper.
Website design and build: Beginning with the site strategy, website architecture and wireframes, we then created a content plan to brief the client’s copywriter.
The result is a beautifully simple ‘launch-ready’ website that looks colourful, smart and draws the user through the website. The look-book area showcases the team’s flair for creating offices that are in sync with a team’s needs. There are eye-catching graphics to illustrate the benefits of the Echospace approach and its blend of left and right-brain thinking.
Animation and interactivity draws users through. And a high-speed looped home page video depicts the natural movement of a vibrant office. To keep site speed high, this is shown as a static picture on mobile, with compressed images throughout. Social media integration, enquiry capture and email sign-up forms engage potential customers. Prior to launch we delivered CMS training, enabling the team to create unlimited pages.

The website went live on-time and has produced a number of key leads. Echospace is already working on new projects, including a refurb of the ITN executive floor, which will enable teams to become more productive and happier in their workspace.
Phase two development supports growth plans with the addition of: a blog and news section to keep content relevant and fresh, ongoing SEO, a company credentials document and email marketing campaigns.
